CrossFit Kids- Young Guns
Strength & conditioning fitness development through fun, functional movement development patterns for life. This class focuses on quality of movement working mechanics and consistency in the movements. This class is designed to develop fitness through running, jumping, air squat, front squat, overhead squat, shoulder press, push press, push jerk, dead lift, sumo dead lift high pull, medicine-ball clean, body control in bodyweight movements; pushups, pull-ups, sit-ups, rolls, tucks, kips, dips, handstands & cartwheels.
-This class runs year round every Wednesday at 6:30pm at $10.00 a class. Ages 5-10
CrossFit Kids- Sport Specific Strength & Conditioning
-This class runs year round on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday at 3:15pm, Investment at $22.84 weekly. Ages 11-18
-This class runs year round on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at 6:30pm. Investment at $22.84 weekly, Ages 10-18
